At Cocoa Tools, privacy is part of the design. This page explains what data we handle and why.

Your files

The PDF, image, video, audio, text, programming, math, security and design tools process files on your device, inside the browser. Those files are not uploaded to our servers or to any third party's.

Artificial intelligence tools

The AI tools (image generator, text to speech, transcription, summary, translation, correction and hashtags) send the text or audio you choose to AI providers through OpenRouter for processing. We don't store that content; we only record how many credits you used to apply the daily limit.

Account

If you create an account, we store your email, your favorites, your ratings and your AI credit usage. We use Supabase as our database. You can request deletion of your account at any time by writing to us from the contact page.

Metrics

We use Google Analytics to measure, in aggregate, which pages and tools are used so we can improve the site. In the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland it does not store analytics cookies. We don't use advertising cookies or sell data.

Local storage

Your preferences (theme, plus favorites and history when you're not signed in) are saved in your browser's local storage.
